Ruby-crowned Kinglet

One of the smallest birds in North America, the Ruby-crowned Kinlet is best identified by its continual wing-flicking, yellow feathers at the ends of its wings and tail and, if you're lucky, a showing of its red crown, which can be seen when the brown top feathers are lifted.
