Pearl is a Champagne Oyster Bar located in the heart of downtown Anchorage. It feels classy as a flute of Champagne, with Art Deco flourishes combined with Charleston charm. The menu takes the skills of French fine dining and warmth of the Pacific cultures and weaves them together to pay homage to the lands we live on. There is a heavy emphasis on working closely with local farmers to source the best oysters and seafood the Pacific has to offer.
