The Moose Pass Summer Solstice Festival has been held annually since 1978 to celebrate the longest day of the year, the Summer Solstice! The festival usually occurs on the 3rd weekend of June.

Moose Pass comes alive with people coming from near and far for live music on Friday night at the Trail Lake Lodge across the street, with the actual festival on Saturday and Sunday at the Community Center in the heart of town.

This festival is a fundraising event to support local services such as the local volunteer fire department, the public library, community center, and programs that support local school kids as well. There are a variety of events including a beer garden, with live music, a bbq food stand, a bake sale, kids' games, a live auction, and up to 20 + vendors featuring Alaskan handmade goods and local artists. We also have T-shirts & Mugs featuring the current year's logo which is usually provided via the annual contest with submissions by local artists.
