What’s an affordable, comfortable, and reliable way to get around the Kenai Peninsula? Just hop aboard one of Alaska Bus Company’s 10 luxury buses and vans, ranging in size from 14 to 32 passenger vehicles! This year round service runs 7 days a week.
You’ll be traversing one of the world’s most scenic routes, with big picture windows to look out from your reclining leather seat. (Buses also have shades, if you’d rather rest.) Take advantage of the USB and 120v charging outlets as you travel in air-conditioned comfort; buses feature air ride suspension, making for an exceptionally smooth trip. They also have Starlink WiFi so you can stay connected during your journey! Drivers may provide some narration along the way, but their focus is getting you to your destination safely.
Luggage is free, up to 2 large check-in-size bags (there’s a small fee for additional bags), and the bus stops about every hour for a restroom break. Bring your own car seat if traveling with infants; pets are allowed but must be kept in a kennel.

It’s ideal for cruise transfers, company retreats, and weddings. And, the service is not limited to the Kenai Peninsula. Charters are available throughout Southcentral and Interior.
About Alaska Bus Company
Husband-and-wife owners Brian and Soniyae started Alaska Bus Company in 2019, after they had trouble finding affordable transportation between Anchorage and Homer for guests coming to a very important occasion—their wedding! They converted their first bus to run on vegetable oil, working with restaurants in Homer to supply this eco-conscious fuel and passing on the savings to their riders. Today they’ve expanded the fleet; look for more routes and vehicles in the future!
