This amazing adventure combines two wilderness lodges, fine cuisine, a float plane ride, heli-glacier tour and guided river fishing – all within a convenient 100-mile radius of Anchorage! This all-inclusive, guided, and fully outfitted trip is designed for groups of 2-4. *Packages are available from 2 – 5 nights. The itinerary below shows 5 nights.

Tour Itinerary

Day 1 - Overnight at Wilderness Place Lodge

Depart Anchorage by float plane. Arrive at Wilderness Place Lodge for noon lunch prepared by our chef team. Spend the afternoon fishing on the river with your personal guide. Enjoy a 4-course dinner in the lodge provided by the professional chef team inclusive of local beer and wine. Overnight in one of Wilderness Place Lodge's modern deluxe riverside cabins.

Day 2 - Another Day on the Water

A full flexible day of fishing on the river or nearby lake chain. Plan your day to your preferences with your guide. Option of breakfast/Lunch in the Lodge or on the river. 6:30pm 4-course dinner in the main lodge. Overnight in your private cabins.

Float Plane Ride and Float Trip

Breakfast and guided morning fishing on the river near the lodge. Return to the lodge in time for your 11am float plane flight to the Pioneer Cabin Outpost cabin. Enjoy some time to enjoy lunch, recreate and reflect at the lake prior to your afternoon guided 6-mile raft float/fishing trip back down to the main lodge. Arrive late afternoon prior dinner service.

Day 4 - Helicopter & Glacier Tour with Dogsledding

Optional AM fishing. Depart the lodge with a return to Anchorage at approximately 12:30pm. Rust’s Flying Service will shuttle you to the Lakefront Hotel to catch your shuttle to Alaska Glacier Lodge. Enjoy a 1 ½ hour helicopter/glacier experience with upper glacier landing. Visit Seavey’s Iditarod dog camp and embark on a glacier-mushing experience! Evening shuttle back to Anchorage with complimentary overnight at the WildBirch Hotel. Your stay also includes dinner and breakfast.

Day 5 - Check out of Anchorage Hotel
