Climb up to the rooftop deck, where you’ll be greeted by 360-degree views of Cook Inlet, the snow-capped peaks of the Alaska Range, and Chugach State Park. (In winter, it’s also the perfect viewing point for the famed aurora borealis.) Or relax by the propane fire-pit on the main deck as you soak up the scenery, then cook up a feast for your crew with the propane grill as the summertime sun sets right over the front yard.
