This secluded camping area is named for the lake that one of the sites overlooks. The camping area offers 2 hardened campsites, fire rings and picnic tables. The site is less than a mile from Salt Chuck Trail that accesses an abandoned copper mine. The campsites are close to Lake Ellen and No. 3 Lake, so many visitors use them to swim or fish for trout and Dolly Varden. Second growth forest in the area are good spots to pick berries and provide cover for birds, deer, and bears.
