Circle Alaska’s most iconic mountain, Denali, in just a 1-hour flightseeing trip with Denali Air. You’ll see a large section of Denali National Park and have the best chance of laying eyes on “the Great One.”
Every Seat is a Window Seat
Denali Air flights see the majestic mountain a whopping 90% of the time, thanks to the company’s experienced pilots and its location just outside the park. And that’s where your adventure begins. As you take off, look out from your window seat inside the 6- or 8-passenger twin-engine plane to see rivers winding down mountains and the multi-colored hues of Polychrome Pass merging into green tundra. Soon, the landscape becomes one of snow and ice, and Denali’s massive scale truly comes into view. You’ll keep climbing in elevation as you start circling the mountain and soaring over dramatic glaciers and jagged peaks. All the while, you’ll be listening to narration, with the pilot interjecting interesting tidbits along the way.
Tour Options
- Denali Peak Experience. A 1-hour tour that (weather-permitting) circles majestic Denali. It departs 7 times per day and offers flexibility with scheduling and itinerary. Due to shifting weather conditions, every flight is a slightly different experience.
- Express Tour. A 45-minute tour focused on the grand expanse of Denali National Park. While you may see the mountain in the distance, this tour mostly lets you appreciate the park from the air—from its marshy green lowlands to its stunning alpine peaks.
About Denali Air

In addition to this impressive, decades-long track record, Denali Air has highly experienced pilots who have been with the company a long time.
