Arctic Char

Arctic Char are closely related to both Trout and Salmon although they are heartier in that they can live in extremely deep and cold lakes in the far north. Their flesh color ranges from pale pink to bright red and their outer coloring is a dark upper body, light lower body, and pink to red spots speckling most of its frame. They are similar in appearance to Salmon and can reach up to 20 lbs.
