Set in a house behind the Fort Seward Army base, this relatively new restaurant has great "New" Mexican cuisine. It was started by Grand Canyon river guides who still travel to New Mexico each fall to buy thousands of pounds of fire-roasted Hatch green chillis. So the green sauce is excellent, whether smothering burritos or enchiladas or served in pork verde soups. They have great carry-out lunches (a deal on the price) and good sit-down dinners. The chips and salsa are always fresh, the owners are super friendly and the food is fresh, hot and plentiful. And of course, they have great halibut fish tacos.
