16ft x 16ft modified A-frame cabin with large skylight over dining area and open sleeping loft with railing, reached by vertical ladder.

Facilities

1 double plywood bunk, 1 single plywood bunk, Sleeping loft, Table and 2 benches, Oil stove (#1 diesel), Cooking counter, Broom, Outhouse toilet, Mooring buoy, No water source on island. Closest water source Baranof Island stream about 1/2 mile (.8 km) from cabin by boat. Treat all water before using.

Mooring buoy available on first-come, first-served basis for boat anchorage. Buoy available to either cabin users or general forest users. Firewood not provided for campfires. DO NOT leave any food when vacating the cabin. Pack out what you bring in. Cabin built in 1994 by volunteers from U.S. Coast Guard and group of local Sitka residents.
