Held the second weekend in June, the town of Palmer commemorates the area’s original farmers and Palmer's colony history. They’ve been hosting this weekend event for more than 75 years, and it continues to grow with live music, a parade, games and contests, and a fun run. Plus there’s a salmon cook-off, a bike race, bed races, a car show, petting zoo, and a farmer’s market.
