Tour Itinerary
Day 1 – Wine and dine at Wilderness Place Lodge
Start your trip with a scenic float plane flight over the Susitna River Valley with views of Denali and surrounding mountains at 11am or 5pm. Arrive at the lodge for a sit-down lunch followed by a guided afternoon/evening on our clear-water river featuring an optional fly fishing lesson for trout and/or salmon. At 6pm gather at the lodge for hors d’oeuvres and complimentary micro-brews and wine. The chef team of 3 prepares a gourmet 4-course meal including the finest Northwest cuisine. Enjoy a blissful sleep in your private deluxe cabin featuring brand-new memory foam mattresses!
Day 2 – Spend your morning fishing – or relaxing!
The following morning you have the option of sleeping in and enjoying breakfast service in the lodge, or rise early and hit the water for a full morning of fishing. Departure flight back to Anchorage leaves the lodge by float plane at approximately 12pm or 6pm. Flight times will vary based on availability.
